"Conversations In The Abstract" is more than just a series of paintings; it's a visual exploration of Downs' innermost thoughts and experiences. Born from a stroke he experienced in 2015, this collection marks a significant shift in Downs' perception of life as an artist. The stroke triggered a series of strange and unusual conversations in his mind, which he can only describe as abstract. Determined to capture these thoughts on canvas, Downs embarked on a journey to translate them into dynamic works of art.
